I am 5ft 7in tall weigh 110lbs and they were very long on me (about two inches so they drag the floor). The steps are very long, which isn't very attractive, but they appear to be of good quality and the fabric is soft (don't read "thin", it's not, and I didn't mean to be thin; it's a good quality fan ).
