These boots are really comfortable. Easy to slip on and off without having to unzip the sides (which is good since the zipper doesn't actually open all the way to the top). There really isn't any arch support, but that works for me since I have ones I put in - and there was plenty of room for them to fit comfortably. Well made. Warm. Professional looking for me to wear to work.Update, wearing these when not covered by pants I noticed that the zipper keeps banging against the buckle making a sound each time. It gets a bit annoying. I had my husband glue them. We'll see if that works.
