So if you just need replacement tips. It is great. They work just like Apple's. BUT, if you had an allergic reaction (itching, burning in the ears), they will not help. I only had to order some foam tips to replace them and I've had them for less than two weeks so it seems like a waste. But I had to try! I cleaned them according to the instructions on the web, but the problem persists. I've never had an allergic reaction like this to anything. I thought I was allergic to unknown materials in apple buds, but maybe I'm just allergic to silicone now. Anyway it didn't help me. Good luck comrades!
