I can't say for sure if this product is causing my hair loss or not but since using it I notice that I am losing a lot of hair. I will change my shampoo and update my review. I usually have very thick hair. Now my hair is noticeably thinning. UPDATE: All in all, I doubt this was the cause of the hair loss. Turns out my postpartum hair loss was at its peak while using this set. Since then my husband is the only one who has used them and had no problems and loves it. The smell is pleasant and I liked it when I used it. However, I won't be buying it again as I'm still looking for the "perfect" shampoo for *me*. Just wanted to say that this is not causing hair loss, or at least not for me like I initially thought.
