This one goes to waste. No matter how I adjust the chain (and I've tried almost every adjustment on it in two hours) With our American standard 1.6 gpf, the Damper on a medium flush just doesn't stay up long enough - and regardless of the min-max setting, it flushes just fine Here's the problem: most guests won't hold it down any longer so it's a waste of money The chain can easily get stuck snagging on a hard plastic element Just a poorly thought out solution.
