Review on Chemical Guys TVD_109_16 Dry Touch by Michael Bazen

It is not without great disappointment that I write this. I've been a Chemical Guys customer for almost a decade. But I had a problem recently and I contacted their support team and their appeal made me look for an alternative. Speaking of a minor issue not related to the product, they were happy to help (even if they didn't provide a solution) but the moment I informed them about the Silk Shine I received, the gallon container failed shortly after purchase, Receipt and pictures provided, they cut off all communication. They didn't even acknowledge the problem with a general apology. There were many ways to fix this little problem, but just ignoring it offended me. A few more emails and a few more weeks with no response and now I don't think I will be buying any more of their products. This is a pretty bad way to solve a problem on your part as going without a cheap product means losing hundreds if not thousands of what I would have spent on it in the future (as I have in the past) . In general. , a company that doesn't endorse their product and insults their customers, isn't worth the time considering how many alternatives there are. I really expected more from CG but I think they are and they won't change.
