I bought this because I saw it on TikTok and thought it would be fun to take to the gym. It's of good build quality, but due to the shape of the bottle, if you do it more than halfway it makes an awfully loud gurgle as water falls from one end of the dumbbell through the handle into the bottle. Other. Also, it holds enough water to leave it on the table or somewhere else. Cool conversation, it's good for nothing else.
