I appreciate how quickly they respond, no matter what time zone we are located across from their team! We have been able get out alerts sent within minutes after sending them through via our Customer Success Manager (CSM).
They always come back with great responses at that very moment which makes it hard for us not be too quick about reacting when something happens because sometimes you need answers right away or else your business suffers bigly!! Nothing so far but just waiting patiently until everything goes well again :) Make sure this product fits into all needs/requirements mentioned above then go ahead. It's worth giving Redguardiantechnologiesa try - if any issues arise during implementation please contact customer success manager directly who will fix things up immediately without wasting much more precious resources than needed by contacting tech support themselves first ;).
