Excellent - excellent support
The switch remote only lasted 9 months, but the guarantee is one year. I contacted support and they asked for the Ebay order (I sent a picture of the web page). A person named Bobby was extremely helpful. He said the remote wasn't available singularly so he sent the entire unit. After several emails, I suspect to China, were exchanged, as promised, Bobby sent the entire unit. I couldn't be more pleased.
