Cute but unreliable party hats
hats are cute but very fragile. The elastic chin straps are so flimsy that most of them snapped when putting them on children's heads - and these were two-year-olds, so the elastic couldn't stretch. If you buy these, I highly recommend adding stronger rubber bands to your hats before the party!
