The best part about this product is that it allows you to have all of your communication in one place without having to use multiple applications or call centers for different services. It can be used by anyone who needs customer service support with ease as well since there are no complicated steps involved when using it. I do not like how easy it would be if someone were able to hack my account because they could see everything from where i was at which made me feel uncomfortable knowing what people were saying behind the scenes while we communicated through skylink. There isn't much else that I dislike but overall I am satisfied with the way things work so far. This has helped us streamline our communications between employees across departments within an organization as well as customers.
