I used to have a rice machine that was so difficult to use. It was very difficult to change the plates. However, this one is very easy to use! We used it for Thanksgiving mashed potatoes and it was perfect. Each potato goes through one. They don't stop working and fray endlessly, but in the end they remain pieces.
