I like how it has all of my data in one place so i can see trends across different channels or products without having to navigate through multiple platforms separately (which was really time consuming). It's not very intuitive when first using - you need some training / experience with predictive modeling/analytics tools before being able use this effectively! Make sure your team understands what they are doing as there could be many ways to approach problems from an analytical perspective but sometimes its hard to know which way will work best until after trying several methods out yourself. We have been looking at our customer database more holistically than we had previously done by pulling together insights into each individual channel such as social media posts etc., allowing us to make informed decisions about future marketing spend. I like how easy it was to use and get started with this software. The customer service team has been very helpful as well! It's not perfect but we are able to do what our business needs us too so far. As an e-commerce retailer of shoes/clothing etc., the ability to recommend items from other products in my store helps me sell more product within those categories.
