Pretty good backpack. I bought it for my girlfriend and she uses it for work almost every day. After 9 months one of the magnetic closures broke. Since it was within the 1-year warranty period, the manufacturer promptly sent us a replacement. It's a bit wasteful that we threw away a great backpack to replace the clasp, but the manufacturer supported the product, which is nice. I wish the side pockets were bigger so it could hold a large water bottle.
