In the photo, it appears gold, and it’s called gold in the description, but in reality it’s about 95% black, with gold sparkles. Filters have been used to brighten the color in the photo, apparently, a very common effect. The overall effect is too dark and sombre, I wanted a shimmery, true gold color, not another version of black. I followed the recommendations, and measured my waist the day I ordered, but it is too tight in the waist. I do like the length, which just covers my knee, I’m 5’4.5” tall.
