It's amazing. They work so well to remove small foreign matter from the skin without causing pain. So amazing, you can use it on any part of kids' bodies (even the bottom of the foot) to remove a splinter and you'll be rid of that little pest before they even know you've started trying to get it out . It also works well if you can't see them. You absolutely cannot live without them. I've hidden it in all vehicles, boats, daypacks, first aid kits, garages, kitchens, bathrooms and pretty much everywhere. I honestly don't know if I can pull the splinter out with a needle and tweezers. THEY ARE MAGIC, ESPECIALLY THE LITTLE ONES
