I like how it's easy to get started right away using this toolkit without having any programming background at all - just upload your data (eg csv) files! It also has great tutorials that are very helpful even if you're not experienced user of R or Python/Scala as well. Support from support@epiclabsolutions was quite prompt when we had issues while getting our code working properly within their API environment. We used epics mainly for feature extraction but now have moved towards machine learning where they can be useful too!! They could add more languages other than scala so people who don't know python will find themself easier to use these tools since there would then less dependencies required. Great platform for creating predictive analytics solutions quickly by leveraging existing datasets available through popular APIs such as Google Analytics & Salesforce etc.. Feature engineering.
