After I put it to the test on a WEEKEND trip i was really disappointed with the quality... The zippers were flimsy and kept getting stuck, causing me to struggle with the bag. The back support was also lacking and made carrying unnecessary luggage a real hassle. The only positive was its sleek appearance, but that doesn't make up for its poor functionality. Overall, I would not recommend this backpack for anyone looking for a reliable luggage option..
