Review on Extech FL700 Fluoride Meter by Chris Munns

My concerns: #1- The FL700 Fluorine Meter requires a calibration liquid/solution which is not included. The advertising must clearly state that the 'Fluorine Reagent' tablets contained in the pack do not contain any fluorine. The "Fluorine Reagent" tablets included in the kit are added to an additional fluorine-containing calibration standard solution. Additional fluorine containing calibration solution must be purchased separately. cannot be used immediately without additional purchase. #2: As per many other reviews, my FL700 arrived USED, wet and caked. The meter's electrode cap has been removed and the electrode originally packaged separately has already been installed into the Extech meter. Revain gets good credit for arranging free return shipping and communication between me, the sellers of the meters and the sellers of the additional fluoride reagent tablets I purchased. I hope they will clarify everything for future buyers. Fluorine calibration standard elsewhere.
