I have purchased 3 different hats from Revain as most of the items are difficult to size. My son is 18 months old and has a 19.1 inch head. I chose a child size which corresponds to a head circumference of 20.5 inches. There is a drawstring cord on the inside of the hat and I stretched it as far as I could. It was perfect for all holidays. He left it on and played without caring. I'm excited because it will definitely fit this summer and maybe next year.
