Great for Anxiety and ADD/ADHD
I bought these rings for my seniors with anxiety and ADD/ADHD along with a few other fidget toys to see which ones helped them the most and these rings definitely have works best. They're discreet and work well (some don't spin perfectly, but they're very inexpensive rings so I can overlook that) for my students who need something to focus on. I will say that my students with ADD/ADHD lose their rings almost immediately (that's bad), so I would suggest if you are a teacher to collect your rings at the end of each session.
