I really liked the cotton padding under the Ritz case and decided to order a case from the same brand. Unfortunately, I didn't like the Ritz suitcase made from organic cotton. Here are the pros and cons. Pros: • It fits my 14" x 54" ironing board and has thick Ritz padding (highly recommended btw, it will make your ironing quicker and more comfortable). • On the underside there is a cord clip for attaching the middle part. Also features a shaped drawcord for a custom fit. • Beautiful natural cotton color. Cons: • No extra layer of padding, just one layer of cotton tarpaulin • I mostly use cotton men's work shirts for ironing. I didn't like the texture of the cover because the shirt didn't slide on the cover. The fabric stuck to the bedspread too much and I often had to rearrange shirts instead of sliding across the bedspread to the next spot, resulting in longer ironing times. If you iron a lot and are looking for a cotton coverlet with a smooth surface for the fabric to slide over, then this isn't it.
