We've had 3 of these over the years. It's the perfect size to put in your suitcase or take with you on your RV. The non-stick coating will come off over time, but if you're careful it will last a long time. That's why we keep changing pans. We have just used it for 11 days. I could make scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs, toasted garlic bread. Various vegetables. After sauteing and then combining each item, we had shrimp and sautéed veggies that were delicious. Surprisingly, the heat is maintained evenly enough to cook striped steaks and even bone-in lamb chops and never turns off during cooking. Love the new push button design, it's a lot easier to remove when the pan is hot. Happy with this model.
