Sound quality is pretty good for the price. I mainly use it for online group chats and everyone says my voice is clear. However, there were a few small issues with the microphone. There are screws that attach the case to the stand, they were loose and wobbly when I got mine and wouldn't tighten enough with a screwdriver. I ended up using some super glue and tightening the screws which solved the problem. The product description also mentioned that the mic had a mute button at the time of purchase, which this mic does not have.
