Great for seedlings
I have used these cups to grow plants from seed. Because they are compostable and larger than seed pods found at garden centers, I was able to plant seeds in these cups and have them grow taller than I would have with pods. When it came time to plant the seedlings in the garden I simply cut off the bottom of the cup to allow the roots through and then planted the seedlings in the cup right in my garden. Has worked so well for me. I will use this method in the future.
