I study illustration and use my Wacom Intuos tablet almost every day. I don't like the standard plastic grips. I switched to flexible tips and found them to be more like drawing with a pencil or pen on corrugated paper. I find my lines are more stable and easier to control. I gifted some nibs to a classmate and now he's switched to flexible nibs too.
