I experiment with bread recipes every week. That works great. Bought to mount the probe. It helps me achieve the perfect bread and cake with the alarm feature. Set the alarm to 190Β° for bread, 205Β° for cake and wait for the beeps! This eliminates baking time issues since all ovens are different. Reminder: Water boils at 212Β°, resulting in dry baking.
