This bed was vacuum packed and hasn't taken any shape for two days. The bottom is flat, as in WITHOUT the pillow, the top is not at all like the picture. there is no rigidity at all, does not withstand. It's generally a flat mash. Soft, yes, but that's all she's got. I found a better bed at a thrift store. Too bad there is already a puppy in this bed. This bed may return someday. It's just flat garbage (literally flat).
