Review on KGMcare by Farhad Cantu

I had a bad encounter with KGMcare's online store. I had a hard time locating what I was looking for on the website because it was confusing to navigate. I had to spend a lot of time looking up the products elsewhere because the descriptions of the products were not useful. I was disappointed to discover that some of the items in my purchase had been harmed during transit. The customer support staff was completely unresponsive and unhelpful. It was disappointing that they did not provide me with a remedy to my issue. Additionally, I felt like I did not get a decent value for my money because the prices were higher than those at other online retailers. Overall, my experience with KGMcare's web store was very negative. I anticipated better customer support and an intuitive website as a foreigner. I won't purchase there again, and I won't tell anyone else about this store.
