Highly recommended for law enforcement/security. If the agency allows you, I recommend switching to Molle gear. Takes a lot of stress off your hips. Got lots of compliments! I wear trousers in size 32 x 30 and buy small/medium. The belt is not included, so you need to buy it separately. Looks good, feels great.
