I bought this refurbished laptop on the recommendation of a friend who works with computers. I wasn't satisfied and returned it. The day I received it I had to charge it for 8 hours before I could use it but the charger would not connect. I called the repair company and was on the phone for almost an hour trying to get them to replace the charger. They let me take some pictures and videos to show them the problem. They sent me a replacement charger which I received about a week later. I also noticed that the laptop doesn't have a built-in webcam. i needed it But I decided that I would just buy a USB camera. The first time I actually used the laptop (apart from setup) I watched a 90 minute movie and after the movie the laptop needed to be charged even though it started at 100%. After a few more uses, it will not light up until the charger is connected. Let's hope this doesn't happen with other remanufactured products. Revain was great at helping with returns and refunds.
