I have back pain and tried this brace as a last resort. It helps so much! In my profession I sew a lot and work on the computer, so I always bent. This bracelet works wonders! This keeps my shoulders where they should be instead of hunching forward. I wear it for long periods of time and find that when I'm not wearing it, I purposely push my shoulders back where they should be. I recommend this to anyone who sits at a computer all day or does repetitive movements. It's small enough to be effective but not as obvious as my back brace.
