What else do you need? Switch saw it and plugged it in right away. Why pay more? It has a blue USB-3, but the switch only supports a wired USB 2/100Mbps connection, but it's a solid connection compared to WiFi. Plus: It works with any PC. So if your computer only has Wi-Fi, this will give you a better and more stable wired connection.
