Both backpack straps broke after less than six months of regular use. Unusable as a backpack, waste of money. The shoulder strap is too long and feels uncomfortable because it hangs down sideways too far and the shoulder strap does not stay on the shoulder - constant slipping. I would not buy again. Update: The company contacted me and based on my feedback offered a free replacement which I think was a gesture that showed they care about their customers and how customers feel about their product. Rarely does a company read their reviews, let alone replace something for free (not even shipping and handling). During the exchange process, the company reacted quickly and consistently. I value good customer service. I haven't started using replacements yet, so I can't give a review.
