Review on 🔧 IRWIN Tools VISE-GRIP Locking Wrench with Wire Cutter - 4 Piece Set, Silver Metallic, 175mm (7in) by Sheppard Priest

Jaws will not reopen when latch is removed and handles are opened. I have purchased other "Vise-Grip" products, both made in Nebraska, and this product from Taiwan. Others have jaws that open when the lock is removed and the handles opened. It's much more convenient than this one where the jaws stay closed. UPDATE: 11/16/2016 Sticky (Closed) Sponges (Two Stars) Item was returned and a replacement ordered. The replacement works very well. "Two stars" for the original device and "Five stars" for the replacement averages four stars.
