There was no programming manual. just a card to pay someone else. I had to find out how to do this myself. by turning the key to the second position when all the lights come on and go out about 3 times. By the time I saw the flashing light, it was on YouTube. But this video. Didn't work for this. or. I had to hold down the lock and unlock buttons while the key was in the third position. The time I turned the key in learning mode until it learned the remote.
