I have spent a long time trying to find something that’s inches the waist and is long enough for my body. I’m 5’8”, 123-125lbs and got a size small. I have it on the tightest option with the Velcro pulled as tight as possible and it gives great support. I primarily got this to use for extreme bloating during that time of the month. It is a little uncomfortable but that’s expected. I wish it were slightly longer so that it went over my hips a bit, but overall it’s worth the purchase. I can tell it will last a long time.
