I love these. My 9 year old has very sun sensitive skin. We refrained from using sunscreen on shorts and t-shirts. She slathers sunscreen on her hands and face, but we add at most cotton-gauze tops and long-sleeved pants. They are soft, thin but not too much. I like the price as we have to constantly change her wardrobe. Quick-drying hiking pants are great, but too expensive to fill your drawers. Not too hot on a 75 degree day of active play. They wash well and shrink only minimally. She is a size 7/8 for reference.
