Horrible high frequency underreproduction in headphones. When I pick up the old handset on my phone, I hear the clarity of the other person's voice; but not when using this headset. I had a good performer but it broke and has been out of stock for a long time. If anyone knows of a headset with good frequency response, answer. For the high price I paid for it, I expected good performance. Instead, I am returning it for a refund less than a week after owning it. High frequencies carry INFORMATION, and if you cannot hear the high frequencies, you often cannot understand what is being said.
