Powerful massager! After that I felt fantastic but I have a feeling it will take some time to get used to it. I work on the computer all day and need something for a stiff neck and upper back. It takes care of everything very well. A few things I would change: very low settings for those of us just starting out. It hurt a little and I had to take it slow. Armrests could be longer. It was hard to hold on and make adjustments without filming everything. I would recommend - just take your time!
