I like that we have been able to create an easy system for my employees as well with their ability of being online 24/7 without having someone there all day long, it has allowed us time back into work when they are not available or taking off days early so i can get more done! There is nothing really bad about this program but everything seems fine at first glance until you actually use them everyday which makes me think maybe its just how new users learn things better than others who've used these programs before? It's helped cut down some employee turnover by allowing staff members be home while still getting paid during times where no one else was around due to holiday vacations etc..
