My ONLY complaint would be that I'd like some sort of opening at the top, but that's also one of their features - no one can access the inside when you're wearing it because the opening to the main compartment is sealed. behind, against your body. The side pockets are very comfortable, the handle options are very comfortable, I'm really very happy with this bag and I get compliments everywhere.
