These mugs work very well. The perfect poached eggs. Just follow the instructions on the packaging. Be careful not to use more than an inch of water or the cups will float. Boil the water. Place the cups in boiling water and cover for 5 minutes. The result is hard white with a moist, sticky yolk. A little vegetable oil in cups makes it easier to extract. I used tongs to take the cups out of the water. Within seconds the cups were cool enough to be safely handled.
