Update (11/15/20): I noticed that Kreg also has a fully "blue" coated outer kit (SK03B). This kit is $40 for 450 bolts, which is 9 cents a bolt. ALL of these Armor bolts are plated which explains the higher cost (compared to Zinc plated Kregs). : I've been using Kreg Pocket Screws for a long time, so I'll compare this set to him. The sets are very similar, the main difference being that: a) the armor set contains either ALL THE SMALL threads (except for the long orange screw) or ALL THE BIG threads; while the Kreg kit is fairly evenly mixed. The other main difference is that the armor set is colored based on length. Observations: The quality between them is the same. Recommendations: Armor sets are well-suited for the workshop or the die-hard DIYer who wants the speed advantage of a color-coded clasp. Pros: good fit and finish; including 6 inch square bit; good solid case; Color marked length. Cons: More expensive than the Kreg kit (5 cents vs. 4 per bolt). Bottom line: $38 for 800 packs, that's 5 cents per screw (on average), compared to the Kreg, which costs 4 cents. I rate this 5 stars. The COARSE kit is listed below.
