Very good little thermometer for measuring the oven temperature. I don't like buying oven temperature cones because they're expensive and my oven is so old it doesn't have a nanny (a device that automatically turns the oven off after it reaches the set temperature). So this thermometer allows me to take temperature digitally without using a clay cone and it's easy to measure! It has two long wires that can measure two different temperatures. All you have to do is stick one of the wires in the oven (the plastic will melt, but that's okay) and you're done! It takes about a minute to get super accurate readings, but the ceramic turned out great!
