The idea of this scale is very cool. I do WW and have found it can be a really great tool. It comes with a book of product codes that you place on the scale. However, when I opened the code book, I found that it was mostly fried food. I didn't return this product because it was defective or didn't look like what was shown on the website, it just didn't fit me.
