EDIT: I stopped using them because my nipples and the area around which suck in size 3 have become lighter and hurt terribly. I think they are bruised from sucking. Ironically I stopped using them a few days ago to give them a break and THEN the bruising and pain started. I may have sucked them too hard, so the actual usage video on their site should be considered crucial. ------------- ------------------ I would like detailed directions. I figured out what size I need in the dark even before I bought it. I think they might be too big but I think it's better than too small. They are easy to position, but I think I had too much suction because my nipples hurt. So today is a break. I would recommend 2 or 3 times a day for no more than 15 minutes or so to start. It's been about a week, and while my nipples aren't protruding, they are definitely becoming more sensitive to even light touches and "popping" out more often. If it's just a week, I'm hoping to see some kind of permanent bump, even if it's minor. how not to overdo it. That way you can be sure you won't cause any harm or pain. In action, size matters!
