I really liked this article. I have really bad foot odor and this thing helped. I throw 2 balls in each shoe and leave them there for 2 days after I put them on and my shoes don't smell as gross as they used to. 1 ball in each shoe works for 1 day, I just noticed that the smell didn't go away completely for me personally; that's why I use longer and longer. They are really needed, you literally open them up to use them and screw them on when you're done.
