After my last few sweet thin Vtech phones died without me getting them for months I started looking for something more reliable. I was looking at this phone but wasn't sure if it has speakerphone but it does. This phone has been dropped by kids and left near (not in) water, and it didn't miss a beat. The battery lasts a long time, it can take 2-3 days before I need to charge and never runs out of battery. It has caller id, good speakerphone, good overall audio, caller id/caller id, call waiting, very durable even if kids drop, throw, get wet and sticky. Love it!
