The size is too big.
My daughter is 11 months old and in the 95th percentile. These tights are designed for children from 1 to 3 years old. They definitely look like they would best suit her at 3 years old. However, the tights are the perfect color and look exactly like the photo. I plan on keeping her because maybe one day she can grow into her.
